EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
With over 30 years criminal justice experience, Maria Hubbard has worked as a State of Texas Parole Officer (Institutional and Field), sworn Court Officer for the 258th and 411th Judicial District Courts of Texas, and as a Community Supervision/Probation Officer. She is dedicated to making her community a safer place to live and work. Ms. Hubbard is a graduate of Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas and the American International Institute of Polygraph in Stockbridge (Morrow), Georgia. She is a full member o the American Polygraph Association (APA). Ms. Hubbard has gained APA certification for the post-conviction clinical testing of sexual offenders and is also recognized by the Joint Polygraph Committee on Offender Testing in Texas. For over 18 years, Ms. Hubbard has performed polygraph examinations Law Enforcement Agencies, Criminal District Attorneys, Private Attorneys, Probation and Parole Departments, Therapists, Business Owners, and Private Citizens.
